Recently I made a an article concerning  The justice to the N1000 data plan giving your 1.GB to use during the day and 500MB to use during the night from the hour of 1am – 7am.

Power is defined as the ability or capacity of individuals or group of people to influence the action and behaviour of others through the use of acquired means of sanction
(1bi) through the constitution : this is a Democratic and popular means of acquiring political power from the people in a country the the conduct of periodic election
(1bii) through inheritance; traditional political power can be acquired when person ascends a throne in a royal family. It is a power exercised by kings , emir etc..
(1biii) through coercion : this is a source of political power acquired through the use of fore and violence. It is the application of military Force to overthrow and acquire a political post through coup d'etact
(1biv) through charisma : this is a means of acquiring power through the exhibition of personal skills, influence and charismatic trait which is naturally in nature.
(1bv) through position of authority; people acquired and exercise power by the virtue of the post held at a particular point in time

Unitary government can be defined as a system of political organization in which most or all the government (governing) power resides in a single centralized authority.
(2bi) dictatorship : unitary system of government is prone to dictatorship due to the fact that the government power in the country is concentrated in the central government .
(2bii) high burden functions : the central authority is overloaded with functions and responsibility as a result of concentration of power in the central authority
(2biii) unstable for large territory; unitary system of government is not ideal for large country where there is cultural, ethnic, language and tribal diversity.
(2biv) domination of minority; the interest and rights of the minority groups are not protected and represented in unitary system.
(2bv) political instability; it is prone to political instability due to dissatisfaction among various regions who may resort to violence to fight to their rights.

A Federal system of Government may be defined as one in which government powers that exist in the country are shared between a central government that represent the whole country and government of component regions or states, so that each government is legally constitutionally independent and autonomous.

(8b)
The Main Features of Lyttleton Constitution
(i)Autonomy of regions was the most important.
(ii)Membership of the house of representative was increased to 184.
(ii)The constitution introduced a federal system of government by
sharing government power between the Centre and the regions.
(iii)Lagos was carved out of the west and was made the federal capital territory.
(iv)The constitution provided for a council of ministers with the
government general as president, 3 officials appointed by the
governor-general, from each region on the advice of the regional
executive council. The council of ministers was collectively
responsible to the legislature, and advice the governor-general on
execution of policies: it also initiated bills and formulated
policies.
(v)The system of allocation of revenue ceased to recognize the
principles, need and national interest.
(vi)The house of representative was retained, but now with a speaker, 3
ex-official member, 92 members from the north, 42 from west and 42
from east.
(vii)The north, west and eastern region system was retained. The north
and west were made bicameral while the east remained unicameral. The
north retained their houses of assembly and houses of Chiefs while the
East had only a house of assembly.
(viii)The governor general of the Centre and government at each of the
regions were given discretionary powers example the powers to approve
bills for amending taxes.
(ix)The house of representatives was now to be presided over by the
speaker, instead of the governor.
(x)The governor of the region cased to be members of the federal
executive council.
(xi)The public service, the judiciary and the marketing boards were
regionalized, while the police was made a federal subject, thus giving
the regional assemblies more power
xii)The post of premier was created in each region for the first time,
and he was to advise the governor of his region.
